Discover one of the oldest zoos, home to numerous species from five continents such as Panda Bears, Indian Rhinos, Giraffes, Seals, Sea Lions and Dolphins, among many others. The perfect plan to spend a unique day with your family while enjoying the activities that the zoo offers with more than 1300 animals. Both marine and terrestrial fauna gathered in an environment of more than 22 hectares.
You can also tour the zoo on board our train and learn about the curiosities of the most characteristic animals of the park.
Madrid Zoo offers a wide range of restaurants, but if you prefer to eat your own food, you can do so in the picnic area next to the dolphinarium.
At weekends and on public holidays, you can sign up for educational talks about the animals, where you can learn interesting facts about some of our inhabitants and discover all about their food and care from one of our educators.
All talks are included in the price of the ticket and it is not necessary to book in advance to attend them.

- Animals are not allowed
- To leave the enclosure temporarily, it will be obligatory to inform the ACCESS staff before leaving the enclosure, as you will have to be duly identified - with the stamp or any other means of identification established by the Park - to re-enter the enclosure.
- It is strictly forbidden to feed the animals except for those species that are expressly indicated.
You will also be able to enjoy the best exhibitions where young and old can see their favourite animals live. Discover the intelligence and great learning capacity of the dolphins, have fun with the friendly sea lions or get excited with the free flight exhibition of the majestic birds of prey and exotic birds.
A 100% cancellation fee will be applied if the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours before or in case of no-show.
