You have the option to cancel your booking at no cost up to 24 hours before the activity. However, if you decide to cancel within the 24 hours prior to the activity, arrive late, or do not show up for your reservation, unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds.
We kindly request that you arrive on time at the established meeting point so that you can enjoy the activity in its entirety. Please note that if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that we will wait for you and we will not be able to offer any refunds or changes to the excursion.
