Cancellation Policy

You have the option to cancel your reservation at no cost up to 24 hours before the activity. However, if you decide to cancel within 24 hours before the start of the activity, you arrive late or do not show up for your reservation, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you any refund.

We ask you to arrive on time at the established meeting point so that you can fully enjoy the activity. Please note that if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that we will wait for you and we will not be able to make refunds or changes to the tour.
