Activity description


Horses, wines, flamenco and haute cuisine come together to offer you this unique and exclusive experience. You will enjoy a tasting menu of one of the leading Andalusian chefs, once awarded the "Best Chef in Andalusia". This menu will be paired with some of the finest wines of southern Spain.
The following day you will visit the Yeguada de la Cartuja Stud Farm, home of the best Spanish horses in the world, where you will witness an equestrian show from the VIP tribunes. 

Then you will visit the Palace of the Viceroy de la Serna - luxury and splendor of the yesteryear, located in the heart of the historic center of Jerez de la Frontera, with a traditional Jerez lunch in the dining room of the Palace. Afterwards, you will attend a show of the best Andalusian flamenco.

September the 13th. 2023.

20:30 - Dinner at the "Mantúa" Restaurant by Israel Ramos, 1 Michelin star.

September the 14th. 2023.

11:00 - Private visit to the Yeguada de la Cartuja Stud Farm facilities and horse exhibition. 

13:30 - Private visit to the Palace of Virrey Laserna.

14:30 - Traditional Jerez cuisine in the dining room of the Palace of Virrey Laserna.

16:30 - Tasting of the Premium Veragua Gran Reserva Brandy.

17:00 - Flamenco Show at the Palace of Viceroy Laserna.

"Mantúa" Restaurant (Plaza Aladro, 7). Wednesday September 13th at 20:00h. 

Hotel Jeréz & Spa (Avenida Alcalde Álvaro Domecq, 47). Thursday September 14th at 11:00h. Transfer to the Yeguada de la Cartuja Stud Farm and then to the Palacio de Virrey Laserna. Return to the hotel after the activity.
