The route is a bit technical in some of the areas, especially on the descents. The ascent can be very hard for some people who are not used to it. The cave has a bad reputation for being dangerous due to many reports of people who have thrown themselves from the top and become trapped. However, if you follow the guide's advice, you can still enjoy the site without any danger.

If the cancellation is made between 5 and 2 days before the activity, 50% will be refunded. If the cancellation is made 48 hours or less before the activity, no refund will be made.
Failure to show up for the activity will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the activity. It is considered that the client has not shown up for the activity if he/she has not arrived at the meeting point before half an hour after the scheduled time without prior justification.
If the weather conditions are adverse and prevent the route from being done safely, we will refund your money or we can save your booking for another day.
