Route along 'Costa del Atún'

Enjoy a day trip visiting the most emblematic coastal towns of the province of Cádiz.

Itinerary:

• After picking everyone up, we’ll head toward the coast known as the Costa del Atún. It’s one of the most beautiful coastal areas in the province of Cádiz!
• We’ll begin the tour by visiting the archaeological site of Baelo Claudia, located next to the famous Bolonia Beach, where we’ll explore an ancient Roman fishing village known for its production of garum sauce. In this enclave, we’ll travel back in time through its forum, theater, and ancient temples.
• We’ll continue on to Tarifa, the southernmost city in Western Europe. We’ll take a brief walking tour through the old town of this town situated on the shores of the Strait of Gibraltar. Among its main monuments are the Parish Church of St. Matthew the Apostle and the Castle of Guzmán el Bueno, the setting for a thousand and one legends.
• After the visit, you’ll have free time to enjoy Tarifa’s cuisine.
• On our way back, we’ll take an alternate route to visit Zahara de los Atunes.
