Route along 'Costa del Atún'

Enjoy a day trip visiting the most emblematic coastal towns of the province of Cádiz.

Itinerary:

After pick-ups, we'll head towards the coastline of the so-called Tuna Coast. One of the most beautiful coastal areas in the province of Cádiz!

To begin the excursion, we'll visit the archaeological site of Baelo Claudia, located next to the famous Bolonia beach, where we'll explore an ancient Roman fishing village renowned for its production of garum sauce. At this site, we'll travel back in time through its forum, theater, and period temples.

The excursion will continue in Tarifa, which holds the distinction of being the southernmost city in Western Europe. We'll take a short walking tour of the old town of this city situated on the shores of the Strait of Gibraltar. Among its main monuments are the Parish Church of San Mateo Apóstol and the Castle of Guzmán el Bueno, the setting for countless legends. After the visit, we will have free time to enjoy Tarifa's cuisine.

On our return journey, we will take an alternative route to visit Zahara de los Atunes.
