Enjoy a visit to the Manuel Aragón winery where you'll have the opportunity to taste their finest wines.
Itinerary:
- A tour of one of the vineyards and an explanation of the viticulture of the Jerez region, followed by a visit to the winemaking area – destemming, pressing, and fermentation.
- We continue with a visit to the Fino wine solera, where we'll discuss biological aging and the criaderas and soleras system.
- Afterward, we'll visit the oxidative aging cellar – where we'll see wines such as Palo Cortado, Oloroso, Amontillado, and Moscatel, among others.
- To conclude, we'll enjoy a tasting of four wines (Fino Granero, Cream Arrumbaó, Moscatel Gloria, and artisanal vermouth) paired with typical local tapas.
