Trip to Tanger from Tarifa

Enjoy Tangier's cultural and historical offerings, in this excursion for a day with a guided tour.

Itinerary:

We start the adventure in the port of Tarifa in Cadiz, where a ferry will take us to the African continent in less than an hour, crossing the Strait of Gibraltar and enjoying magnificent views of the sea during the journey between Europe and Africa, hopefully you will see some dolphins on the way.

Once we arrive in the north of Morocco we meet the local guide who will take us to the bus to enjoy, in the first instance, a panoramic tour and see the most emblematic places around Tangier.

We will visit some points of interest such as the famous Caves of Hercules. We will look out over the Atlantic coast to see how the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Ocean separate, we will make a brief stop to see and if you wish, take a short ride on a camel, the most representative animal of Morocco.

Once finished the panoramic tour we will arrive at the center of the city of Tangier, we will leave our transport and we will make a magnificent walk where we will know the excellences of this multicultural city where the Muslim, Jewish and Christian communities live in harmony, attractive also for artists from all over the world.

Afterwards we will stop at a typical restaurant to enjoy a Moroccan lunch; we will taste its fabulous gastronomy, in which dishes such as Cous Cous or Tahini stand out. 

After this comforting gastronomic stop we will continue enjoying our visit knowing more corners of this city always between the culture of North Africa and Europe.

Among the hundreds of stores that populate its streets we will have the opportunity to enter some of them. We will also have the pleasure of strolling through such a significant space full of different smells and colors.
