You have the option to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the activity. However, if you decide to cancel within 48 hours prior to the start of the activity, arrive late or do not show up for your reservation, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you any refund.
We ask that you arrive on time at the meeting point so that you can enjoy the activity in its entirety. Please note that if you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that we will wait for you and will not be able to make any refunds or changes to the tour.
